4 cups sugar
2 cups instant tea, plain
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 teas cloves
1 cup Tang
Countrytime lemonade mix (enough to make one quart)
Mix all together and store dry mixture in a sealed container in the frig.
Use 3 heaping teaspoons per cup of boiling water

THANKS..LOL..When wolf told me he had asked you to email it I suggested that he ask you to blog it so its out there searchable at any future time..LOL. It is still unbelievable to me how wonderful this stuff feels when that cold is moving down into the upper chest.
